Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your scheduled appointment within a period of 24 hours without the necessity of providing a reason for such cancellation. Please note that any cancellation of appointments related to a third party, who is not the carrier, will occur once the third party has taken possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, it is essential that you communicate your decision to us via a clear statement. This communication may be conducted through email at charles@ncprofessionalcoach.com.

We will process your reimbursement within a maximum of 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be executed using the same payment method you utilized for the original order, and you will not incur any fees associated with this reimbursement.
